Ben and Julia welcome you to our self contained, light and spacious apartment which is centrally located in the picturesque town of Topsham, near Exeter. The apartment has its own access.

We are situated just moments from Topsham train station, the high street and the river.

Topsham is a truly unique and special place .  This makes us the ideal base for a holiday or for business, especially those seeking a spacious alternative to a hotel room. The apartment is the entire ground floor of our family home with doors opening out onto the garden, where there is a table and chairs.

A highlight of any stay in Topsham is observing the estuary with its wealth of wild life and R.S.P.B. nature reserve.  Topsham is on a national cycle network where the path follows the estuary to Exmouth.  Topsham has an open air swimming pool ( April till September) and the thriving high street has a range of independent shops and an excellent range of places to eat and drink.
